Fun and Friendly Tennis for the Whole Family

Littleton Tennis Club is a lively and friendly club in the beautiful rural setting of Littleton Recreation Ground. We offer tennis for all ages and abilities, whether a beginner, returning player or competitive team player, and all will be given a warm welcome.

The club was founded in 1921, when there were just two grass courts to play on. We now have 6 well-maintained macadam hard courts, 2 floodlit, providing year round tennis – all at an affordable price. The club has a cabin alongside the courts where tea & coffee making facilities are available, and shares the Pavilion with the other sports clubs using the Recreation Ground.

Membership is currently over 200 adult and junior and mini members at all levels of ability, from beginners to league standard players.

The club organises regular daytime and evening mix-in sessions for members, as well as friendly matches and fun tournaments. For more competitive players the club has junior and adult teams participating in local & County leagues all the year round. An active social scene features a variety of events such as TieBreak Tens Tournaments followed by supper, Cardio tennis, Barbecues, and Quiz nights.

Our coaching is led by LTA Level 4 coach Chris Hughes, who coaches at every level from tots tennis right through to advanced players. Chris delivers high quality, energetic and rewarding coaching programmes with sessions to suit all players and can be contacted on info@momentumtennis.co.uk
